I hope the image is clear enough. This is my second jarrarium, I'm very hands off with them, but gave them a top up before I went away for a few days. This one, in addition to the algae, has got these strange black things crawling along the inside of the glass. They've definitely been in there for a few weeks. Does anyone know what they are? They have antennae. This jar was outside for the last few months so I'm concerned it's either a) leeches or b) tadpoles. Located in Melbourne, Australia.

Those are snails. Adult and younger. Hard to tell if specifically pond or bladder snail. A perfectly fine and healthy part of the ecosystem. They eat dead parts of plants and other detritus. Their poo feeds the plants. Beautiful jar BTW.
