Chop time?

I’ve given my monstera a chop, she has grown 1 new leaf and growing a second on the plant (seen in photo) and the cutting has 2 new leaves.

I’ve had this fiddle leaf for 3 years, and she is struggggling. She is in the NW facing window and I live in New Zealand. No new leafs really forming, has had 2 in the past year.

She is very leggy
