This project will forever be special to me. I saw this property and noticed that it needed a lot of help. So I knocked on the door and offered the homeowner a free property cleanup. Full of emotion, she thanked me and told me how, with her back pain, she was trying her absolute best to maintain the appearance of the yard. But things have just been super hard. I told her that I would make her yard look like gold and got down to business right away. The whole property was full of debri, accumulating to about 800+ pounds of waste. 2 dump runs later, I finished the property and surprised the kids with a special gift for them to enjoy in the coming summer months. Mr Fill, If it had not been for your short popping up on the side menu I would not have seen this full transformation. I thought I had watched them all but some how missed this one! I only knew I missed the other because I saw i hadn't hit the like button. I actually watched both and made sure to hit the like button them both too. Of course, I loved this one for because of the length. The longer the better in my opinion. The landlord showing up, I hoped you mentioned about the steps since he seem to want give back to you on this one.
The bicycles were an added bonus for the kids. That was something sweet, but you always show kindness one way or the other (Like the mulch around the trees. Making sure the added growth of limbs were not a trip hazard for the kids, etc…)

Phill, this is an absolutely beautiful and inspiring episode. maybe with the new landscaping it will motivate the landlord to replace both sets of stairs, the front ones are not looking too healthy either. Hopefully your work will start an epidemic of caring for our neighbors

I have seen you use this attachment for sidewalk cleanup in newer videos. Looks very helpful. Maybe could use more if you get a dump trailer.
