The presenter, known for his appearances on BBC Gardeners’ World, will appear live at Chelmsford Theatre on Saturday, March 21 for an evening of stories, inspiration and the soundtrack of his life.

The tour has been extended following a successful run in 2025.

Adam Frost said: “It still blows my mind as to how many people turned up during the spring and autumn of 2025.

“I really do enjoy getting out and meeting people, so my tour has been extended into 2026. If you fancy it, I would love to see you.”

The show, described as Adam’s most personal to date, explores the plants, people and experiences that have influenced his life and career.

He will share untold stories from decades spent working around the world, including curating a garden in Japan during a monsoon.

Audiences will also discover the music which has inspired Adam’s planting and garden designs over the years.

Tracks featured in the show include Louis Armstrong’s What A Wonderful World, The Killers’ Mr. Brightside, Bruce Springsteen’s Secret Garden, and There’d Better be a Mirrorball by The Arctic Monkeys.

The show will also explore Adam’s belief in the strong connection between gardening and mental health.

Adam is an award-winning garden designer, author and broadcaster.
