We put our laundry room upstairs too! Best decision. Made so much sense. Our washer and dryer are elevated. It makes the space above difficult to access efficiently. Just something to think about. Love to watch you two work together. Your videos always feel like spending time with neighbors.

Oh boy. Bathroom remodel. My husband and I did two of them. We even moved the water heater. But we put in a tankless water heater. Might think about one. They are great. Endless hot water.

Think tankless water heater !!! They use les energy and you don't run out of hot water !! We have had ours for 15 plus years .

Laura did a video about 7-8 years ago showing that and ever since then those have been my favorite to watch…pruning trees, or bushes, or raspberries and grapes etc they’re the most satisfying for me 😊
Trimming up the Leland cypress and cutting out all the dead from the juniper created a whole different space. It really does breathe now. There is nothing better than designing a space that functions for your life. I’m glad that 2026 will focus on your home renovation. It’ll be so worthwhile. What an incredibly productive day!
Great video. The new trees are awesome. The gentle pruning of the Maples really makes a beautiful difference. The major pruning if the Leland cypress and the juniper make that area look so much more open and neat. The house renovation is so exciting and I can't wait to see the entire project. So brilliant that you show how it looks like before, not just a photo! And Aron! I think it shows how smart you have been with your money! The would have been people that would renovate as much as they can as soon as possible. If had done that then you would not have been able to buy the land! So smart to buy all the land you can and when you start renovating you do the practical thing first to make life easier! I am excited for this year to see all you do both inside and outside 🙌🫶🏻
