Do you eat the carrot greens? I’m afraid to. Seems odd, but then I don’t know why, they are green.
I just picked these lovely finger carrots from my garden. These carrots are crunchy, sweet, and a great example of successful gardening. Did you know that carrot leaves are edible? I’m curious about how you use them. Do you eat the edible greens or juice them? I’m always looking for new ways to enjoy my homegrown produce and how to grow carrots.
