  1. Is there something coming in development that will replace the Black Cat pussy willow? I have great childhood memories of pussy willow, but my current garden needs a smaller version.

  2. It would be so fun to see just a jumble of cottage garden type annuals in that front space… lots of tall, billowy stuff full of pollinators… jus' sayin'!

  3. Everytime you show that equipment that seems to dig up trees and transplant so effortlessly, I think of my dad who would of loved seeing that! He ran hereford cattle on his over 200acre heavily forrested farm in Thurston County. Was a logger in his life and saved the forests by being selective. By his barn, throughout his life he would bring in small trees of different species and now 15 years after he passed at 92, there is his grove of trees taller than the barn.
Your neighbors must love all your additions of such beauty!❤

  4. African violets…I place a healthy leaf in water & leave it alone; soon roots begin to form, followed by a new plant. I have a trailing Violet about ready to pot.

  5. I can't wait to see how the willow project goes!

But wait! Why do you need MORE than 12-15,000 steps per day?! I'd be thrilled with that amount but my job keeps me at my desk a lot.

  6. I’m excited! I’ve been waiting for you to post since your pictures on fb…
Also, willow water propagates really well for me

  7. Happy Wednesday, to you both! I've been a devoted follower of Garden Answer for more years than I can remember. In 2016 I suffered an aortic dissection, with subsequent years of both mental and physical recovery. I have been a passionate gardener all my life, and I just wanted to let you, as well as all who make Garden Answer a continuing reality, that your channel has literally helped me find my way back to the world of the living, and continues to bring me joy and inspiration every day. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

  8. Hey Laura
I noticed your weeping white spruce is looking beautiful!! I live in Barrie Ontario Canada and I can not find that tree anywhere to buy it ! Glad your doing good been watching your videos for years . You’re the reason I got into gardening ! I tell everyone one I know “ you have to watch my garden girl Laura you will learn a lot from her !

  9. Checking for black widows 7:46
I was cleaning out a tool box one winter and ran across what looked like a BB in the bottom of the box. I picked it up and held it in the palm of my hand while I was trying to figure out what it was. The warmth of my hand must have been enough to awaken it from winter slumber and it slowly began uncurling leg by leg. When it completely uncurled itself I could clearly see the red hourglass shape.
I still can’t believe I held a blackwidow in my hand and lived to tell the tale. Lol
Just to say, you won’t always recognize them when you are looking down in those pots, especially during the winter months.

  10. Hi. Exciting projects going in! Any thoughts about a lottery for say 100 GA Black Pussy Willow starts? If so count me in!

  11. Sorry Laura, but I also agree with Aaron on the benches… no one is gonna sit in them and look at the trees… put them where they’re gonna be utilized in my opinion…and Aaron’s…😜🤣😂🤣

  12. What a pity you can’t use that machine to take out and move your black willow to another spot! 🤷‍♀️

  13. Exciting times with all of those lovely new trees guys!
Aaron, have you ever considered working on getting your Arborist credentials? … maybe for the future, if the time ever comes that the Youtube business goes away, heaven forbid of course!!

  14. That branching Aaron was talking about on the red point that was moved is one of the biggest flaws of all the hybrid maple cultivars. They tend to have a lot of strong lower branching that wants to become dominant, which is what forms there very evenly oblong/rounded shape. That there planted for but in time when there mature those become very large and makes the tree proportionately looking odd. Also Aaron very few large shade trees have a central leader. Pin oak is really the only that comes to mind

  15. I enjoy all your videos and watching your beautiful family. I would love a tree video of before and after with a wide angle view or a drone video.❤😊 Thank you for all you do I learn so much.
