I decided to be bold and start growing my leafy greens on a fancy new rail system. I wanted it for Christmas. Ask and you shall receive. I feel like this is the gateway drug into the world of hydroponics. I have used the DWC systems from big names. They've only lasted a year or 2 for me. I'm about to transplant them and get it all going. 5 gallon bucket reservoir. Any helpful insight would be appreciated. I need to pick 36 off the healthiest. The red rubin basil was recently geminated since my spinach didn't sprout. I put 3 seeds in each pod. I'm hoping for a bountiful harvest!

Looks like a fun project. I would suggest increasing the reservoir so it will last a little longer. I have a 27 gallon tote for my 30 hole nft system and it will last 2 weeks without much input even though i check it daily. I use a 27 gal tote for my 80 hole nft and it definitely fluctuates more often. I find myself adding water more often.
It’s definitely a gateway am sucked in on my system that i keep growing every couple of months.
