Landscaping contractor Maylim has secured a £7.9m contract to deliver the redevelopment of Cleethorpes’ Pier Gardens, with work due to begin next week.
The national contractor won the tender to carry out the scheme, which is being delivered by North East Lincolnshire Council. The project will take around 15 months to complete and will require the gardens to close to the public for the duration of the works.
