Hello, I got this plant (Pereskia aculeata or ora-pro-nóbis) to take care of, and it has some “white little hairs” only in the areas where leaves and thorns grow from the stems (there are none on the leaves themselves nor along the length of the stem, only where the leaves or thorns connect to the stem).
Is this normal? I’ve never taken care of plants before. Some people mentioned mealybugs, but from what I researched it doesn’t seem like that.
I replanted it in succulent substrate and applied Forth insecticide 4 days ago, but these white hairs on the plant haven’t changed at all.
