Guys!! First time poster-this was in a vacant office left for dead. My app says its a weeping fig. I have no experience with them. Can it be saved? Will regular watering be enough? Should I trim off limbs without leaves or do anything special?

Looks like a ficus. Specifically a banana leaf fig. Appears to be in poor health, most likely due to insufficient light and water.
