I can see more roots coming out, does this mean I need to repot? How can I properly take care of it from this point so it wouldn’t die but rather grow more?

This is a ‘Anthurium andraeanum’ flamingo flower, or some people call it a flamingo lily, [this community](https://www.reddit.com/r/Anthurium/s/02m4nI3Zzj) is helpful. As for repotting, how big are the roots? Unless they’re coming through the bottom of the pot I’d leave it for now
