Grown in a Garden Ltd has submitted a planning application to Tipperary County Council for the following works.
The vision is to breathe new life into the old barracks, transforming its residential corners into a vibrant hub for crafting cosmetics. The project also promises a welcoming shop, a lively café with outdoor tables, and modern office space.
A sleek, single-storey manufacturing facility is set to rise in the rear yard, blending innovation with the site’s historic charm.
The current building will be repaired, including critical structural repairs. Another opening will be made in the front garden wall to make it easier for people with disabilities to get in.

Retractable shop awnings will grace the building’s front, offering both shade and a touch of character to its historic façade.
All site preparation and development works will be completed as part of the project.
