Infosys, an Indian multinational technology company, has announced an extension of its partnership with Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp., Madison Square Garden Sports Corp., and Sphere Entertainment Co., together comprising the Madison Square Garden (MSG) Family of Companies.
The renewed agreement strengthens Infosys’ position as the official digital innovation partner across a portfolio of globally recognised sports and entertainment assets.
As part of the expanded collaboration, Infosys will continue to support digital innovation initiatives across key MSG properties, including New York Knicks, New York Rangers, MSG, and MSG Networks. In a further expansion of the partnership, The Theatre at MSG has been renamed the Infosys Theatre at MSG.
The extension reinforces a long-term relationship centred on enhancing fan engagement and modernising digital capabilities across MSG’s venues and platforms. Through its role, Infosys supports the development of data-driven, immersive experiences designed to connect fans more closely with events, teams, and live entertainment.
Doug Jossem, Executive Vice President, Global Sports & Entertainment Partnerships, MSG Entertainment, said, “Our partnership with Infosys is built on a shared commitment to using innovation to elevate the guest experience. Each year, more than two million guests who attend events at MSG, including the newly renamed Infosys Theatre at Madison Square Garden, will see this partnership come to life through integrated Infosys branding across The Garden complex.”
Sumit Virmani, Chief Marketing Officer, Infosys, added, “By extending our partnership, we are deepening our role as the Official Digital Innovation Partner for the New York Knicks, New York Rangers, and Madison Square Garden. Infosys Theatre at Madison Square Garden, as well as our digital innovation partnership with the Knicks and Rangers, will create new, immersive ways for fans to connect with the brand and their favourite teams – bringing technology-driven storytelling, insights, and engagement to life across multiple touchpoints.”
The renewed agreement also aligns with MSG’s broader strategy to develop future-ready venues and immersive entertainment formats, where technology underpins real-time content delivery, data integration, and large-scale fan experiences. Infosys’ continued involvement is expected to support evolving requirements across digital infrastructure, analytics, and integrated physical and digital environments.
By extending the partnership, Infosys and the MSG Family of Companies reaffirm a shared commitment to long-term digital innovation, positioning technology as a core driver of fan engagement, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth across global sports and entertainment.
