These Cyclamen did really well until the frost came, and are now shriveled up. Are they done for the season and should I replace them for more winter colour, and or will they recover before the spring?
Yeah all of mine died in the frost too. So much for hardy winter plants 😂

Hate them. They always do that to me. They last five days. Just bought some pretty primroses. Ten for a tenner from Yarmouth market. Different colours. Two pots full by front door.

They are the wrong type of cyclamen, you need Cyclamen coum, the ones you have been sold are florist cyclamen that are not hardy .

Mine do that, but come back randomly throughout the winter etc. so I wouldn’t dig them out yet, just let them die back and they might surprise you with flowers again in a few weeks

You are buying the wrong Cyclamen. I blame garden centres for the confusion as every year they have hundreds of these things for sale and usually in the outdoor section. Easy to think that these Cyclamen are fully hardy when they are anything but.
You either need to buy Cyclamen Coum or Cyclamen Hederifolium. These are hardy in even the most severe winter weather.
