I posted this in r/plantclinic and got some initial responses of "thrips", however I had forgotten to include: I treat my plant with both topical and systemic insecticides based on the label (Captain Jack/Spino and Imdacloprid).

This is my 1.5 year old plant. Recently started noticing spots, some yellowing on the most mature leaves (one is definitely a goner).

I did move my plant from a 8" pot to a 10". But this did not involve any manipulation of roots and I let it dry out, plopped into a new pot and just filled in the surrounding with good aroid mix.

Watering when it's dry (combo of water/BMT). Haven't fertilized for about 2 months (which is regular for me).

Only other change I can think of is placing a EVAP humidifier right below it… So cold damage? Idk. Humidity remains at a nice 45%.

Plant faces a south facing window (2-4 inches away from glass). Always has. Definitely not an sensitive to filtered sunlight.

Any thoughts? I didn't find any typical "thrips" or their poop.
