LOVELAND, Ohio (WXIX) – The Hilton Garden Inn in Loveland has been ordered to vacate due to needed emergency repairs, according to Miami Township Fire & EMS.

The hotel was inspected by the Ohio State Fire Marshal’s Office, the Clermont County Building Department, and Miami Township Fire & EMS, the department explained.

That inspection found interior structural issues within the hotel that needed emergency repairs, Miami Township Fire & EMS.

FOX19 NOW learned on Monday that Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) inspected the Tri-Ridge Boulevard hotel on Jan. 21 after receiving a safety complaint.

Five days later, on Jan. 26, the Hilton Garden Inn was ordered to vacate, according to the department.

It will remain vacant for the near future, Miami Township Fire & EMS explained.

On Monday, FOX19 NOW learned the Hilton Garden Inn had temporarily closed for emergency repairs following a federal safety inspection.

A hotel phone recording told guests the shutdown is for “emergency repairs and related renovations.”

The audio message says people with future reservations will be contacted.
