The Ayr garden centre is hosting the events from Friday, March 13, to Sunday, March 15, giving families the chance to enjoy quality time together in the days leading up to Mother’s Day.
Dobbies’ Green Team will begin with a demonstration, guiding attendees through the process of creating a planted hanging wreath using seasonal plants and foliage.
Participants will then create their own wreath, which can be displayed on a front door or garden wall and refreshed throughout the year with new plants.
Afternoon tea can be added to the workshop or booked separately.
It includes three tiers of sweet and savoury treats, unlimited tea or coffee, and the option to upgrade to specialty drinks.
A children’s afternoon tea is also available.
Each Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea booking includes a complimentary limited-edition rose plant for mum.
Ayesha Nickson, events programme manager at Dobbies, said: “Mother’s Day is a special day for many of our customers, and we love being part of the celebration.
“Our two Mother’s Day experiences at the Ayr store are the perfect way to spend quality time together.”
The hands-on planted wreath workshop offers a relaxed afternoon of creativity, where guests can design their own living wreath.
