I’m new to growing bananas and these have been growing for at least 6 months and now they’ve weighed down the plant and it’s fallen over, bent badly in two spots.

Should I harvest the bananas yet or try to prop it up somehow?

Support the trunk the way it is. Any more movement up or down risks further damage.

This exact thing happened to my father’s plant at the start of summer. The fruit was smaller than yours is now, the angle on the stem was similar, but not quite as bad (it was stopped by a fence). The tree stayed alive, the fruit kept growing just fine. Only problem I see; your bananas are close to the ground. Might need to put in extra protection against pests, or risk trying to lift the trunk up a little.
