Is my pothos a marble queen or a snow queen pothos? It was sold to me at an expo as a snow queen. But I’m not sure because as the leaves age they turn more green. But then I get some pretty high variegation at the same time. The lighter leaf in the photos is more white than it shows in the picture.

Snow Queen is just a heavier-white version of the Marble Queen. The youngest leaf does look to be snow queen levels of white to green ratio, so the seller was correct.
As for the leaves turning pale green: how much light does this plant get? The more white they have, the more hours of light that they need per day to maintain it.

Just a regular old marble queen. “Snow queen” is a Marble queen, but also a term people just made up to describe significantly more white specimens.
