I was recently gifted these air plants, and they spent most of their lives living outdoors. I’ve moved them into my sunroom and I’m doing my best to make sure they transition well to their new environment!
Light: They are now in my sunroom getting plenty of bright, indirect light.
Hydration: I’ve been doing a 30-minute soak once a week.
I always dry them upside down with good airflow to prevent rot.
How is their health looking for plants that used to be outside? Based on the photos, do they look hydrated enough to you guys? Any signs of stress I might be missing?
I would appreciate any input and care tips/advice, I have never had an airplant and my knowledge of them is basically what I read in this sub.
I am not even sure if they're still alive… the one in the pink hanger had dried out blooms so she must've been happy, before.
I anyone can give me an ID on them I'd appreciate that!
Thanks for looking!
