The pics awfully out of focus for zooming in and getting a good look at the leaves, but my guess is a variety of locust or magnolia.

Colour immediately think of African tulip tree (Spathodea campanulata), but I can’t tell if the leaves are compound like that.

Not to sound like a dick, but… A location would help, and even more help would be walking that vast available distance within the pic to get a close-up shot of bark/blooms/leaves lol.

From this distance, from what I can see about the leaves, to me it looks like a huge rhododendron.
