Olive Garden corporate officials expect the much-anticipated Jefferson City restaurant to open this summer.
It is being built below the Courtyard by Marriott on Missouri Boulevard at the site of the former St. Mary’s. Construction began in the fall.
Olive Garden communications manager Hailey Fitch tells 939 the Eagle that they’ve received outstanding support from the city and are thrilled to bring Olive Garden to the Capital City. Jefferson City-area residents have talked for at least two decades about getting a new Olive Garden.
