Reset 26 will take place at Oaktree Garden Centre in Warfield, Bracknell, on Saturday, January 31, and will feature more than 25 industry professionals to help attendees with their physical and mental health.
The event includes a partnership with PortaSauna, which will offer free sauna and ice bath sessions throughout the day.
A live DJ will perform in the wellness garden, and food will be available from The Potting Shed Cafe.
The event is also raising awareness for M.A.T.E, a men’s mental health charity founded by comedian Daniel O’Reilly.
Ross Mac, a founding member of M.A.T.E, will speak about the charity’s work during the day.
The organising team said: “Reset 26 is more than just a health show; it’s a chance for everyone to join the wellness community to network, learn, and support one another.”
Raffle proceeds will go directly to M.A.T.E.
