The San Juan County Master Gardeners remind island residents that the 2026 Native Plant Sale is in full swing, with online ordering open now through March 9, 2026, or until stock sells out. Many favorites are still available, but several species are already moving quickly—early ordering is strongly encouraged.

This annual sale offers a diverse selection of locally native plants that help gardeners create beautiful, resilient landscapes while supporting pollinators, wildlife, and island ecosystems. Plants are sold in bundles of five as plugs or bare‑root stock, ideal for gardeners, land managers, and habitat restoration projects.

Orders placed online will be available for pickup on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at convenient locations on Lopez, Orcas, and San Juan Islands.

As we continue into 2026, the Master Gardener Foundation invites the community to support local biodiversity and be part of this annual island tradition.

Order now—native plants are selling quickly, and the sale ends March 9!
