Ten lucky Herefordshire residents are in the clover after winning a free garden-waste subscription for a year.
The lucky winners include: Shirley Price, Katie Hudd, Graham Wilde, Helen Santry, John Mather, John Bloor, Janet Cannings, Richard Siddall and Lesley-Anne Williams.

The prize draw is part of the Council’s ongoing efforts to thank residents for choosing a convenient, reliable and environmentally-friendly way to recycle garden waste at the kerbside, just in time for the spring growing season.
With spring on the way, the timing couldn’t be better. Herefordshire’s new garden-waste collection service is now rolling out across the county, with thousands of new brown bins arriving and deliveries to households taking place throughout February, ahead of collections starting at the end of March.
Under the service, garden waste is collected fortnightly and turned into compost to support future green growth, helping residents cut down on trips to the recycling centre while reducing carbon emissions.
