Monstera new growth browning ?

I just brought home this monstera and within a few days the new growths have browned and wilted almost. Could that be caused by being carried outside in very cold weather for a minute or is something else going on?

Pot has drainage but haven’t watered it yet as it’s still wet from the store . Currently have it isolating from my other plants and then it will be put by a west facing window.
