    The fruit is halfway decent when they’re yellowish and wrinkled.

    The 3 pistils and 5 stamens (or vice versa, I’m no botanist and might be mixing them up) are a dead giveaway for passionflower by the way; Christian missionaries named the flower that because of some analogy of the 3 and 5 to the story of the Passion of the Christ

    You can eat the fruit they kinda taste like guava to me but they have a slimyish texture
