COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – The deadline to register for an online training conference is approaching.

The 2026 Junior Master Gardener National Leader Virtual Training Conference is being held February 17-18, 2026.

The deadline to register is February 9.

“This is for teachers, educators,” said Ally Garza with Texas A&M AgriLife. “It’s open to everyone, but we target that audience because we basically educate those people on how to have a school garden program.”

From school to home gardens, the goal is to help train people who work with youth.

There are four tracks this year:

TRACK 1 JMG Curriculum

TRACK 2 Game-changing AI & Technology for Your Garden Classroom

TRACK 3 Cultivating Garden-based Literature Connections with Students

TRACK 4 Cultivating Sustainability in Your School/Youth Gardening Program
