I've had an antplant for close to 2 years now and its never looked particularly healthy. I've tried all sorts of watering schedules, fertilizers, and repotting in different substrates. With the recent cold weather its been hit by chilly drafts which it seems to really dislike – it looks like it might loose all of its leaves!
Im wondering if anybody here might have some ideas to help me figure out what's up with it. Longterm issues ive noticed are:
-a white crust developing mostly on the underside of the leaf, but also on the tops to a lesser extent
-most new leaves growing die while theyre still small, turn black, and fall off
-leaves sometimes grow in too close to the main stem and developed all warped and twisty
Current care:
-under a full spectrum grow light 10 hours a day
-substrate is a mix of moss with big chunks of orchid bark/vermiculite
-water once a week soaking from below
-spray with a mister every couple days

Looks like scale 🙁
Probably damage from the cold but also have you ever let it go dormant? That could likely be the issue.
