I have these plants here, (west facing window) they live in water for the most part. I am not very good with remembering to water plants in soil, this is why most of my garden stays outside. I recognize that some, like the string of turtles, can’t stay in water forever however I would like to offer them some plant food in the meantime. I bought this liquid plant food, the instructions say to put seven drops in a litre of water, but I was wondering when I changed the water can I just put a drop in each of the glass container containers or will it be too much?

First of all, I don’t think they are receiving enough light two of them are just growing sideways, and the spider plant, which can live in water, is just not happy at all.
Change that water as often as possible. Those plants need the oxygen in the water once that oxygen is all used up, The plants will suffer.
Pretty sure that string of pearls likes strong light and very well draining soil and getting watered only when the strands prune up like raisins. If the strands raisin up unevenly (like some shrivel and others are plump still) then your soil is drying out unevenly and it should be repotted.
Me personally, unless they are water lilies or some other plant that lives in water naturally, I would plant them in quality potting soil that has nutrients in a container that drains well. I’d also rotate them every so often since they are leaning toward the light coming through the window. If you are bad at watering put a recurring reminder on your phone to water them or buy one of the self watering bulbs to plant in the soil.
