happy with the start of the 2026 growing season with peppers compared to 2025, I bought 5 packets of peppers seeds and none grew and I had to buy pepper plugs ( pic 2 ) and by the time I got replacements and got them in the ground it was mid June 2 half month behind of what I normally have my peppers, last year was a bad season compared to 2024 ( pic 3 to 7 )

How long did you give your previous peppers to germinate? Pepper seeds are notorious for taking up to 30 days…sometimes even more…to germinate. Reapers themselves can take 4-6 weeks. Especially if the soil is not warm enough. 80-90°(27-32°) is optimal for Reaper germination.
