Due to rain and the strongest wind we've experienced in a long time, this giant plant in oyr garden has ripped/cracked at the base and dallen over. Does this plant have any chance of survival whatsoever if somehow being able to be planted back deep enough into the ground?

It will most likely survive even if you just leave it there. It will grow roots from the stems touching the ground and new columns will emerge growing straight up. Thats how they do in the wild.

Be careful when handling this plant. It’s a euphorbia and exudes latex that is irritating to the skin. If it gets in your eyes you’ll want to get to an ER quick, it can potentially cause vision loss.

Probably, but the challenge would be supporting all that weight while the trunk reroots! You might try taking some of the larger broken branches and rooting them in large pots meanwhile, as a couple of those could take this one’s place eventually.
