The first pic is the rescue mission – being soaked in water for 3 days after my cat knocked the pot behind a piece of furniture & I forgot about it for the best part of a year. I figured drowning it for a few days would be worth a try.

Now it's absolutely massive & weighs a full metric tonne! The pot is actually the bottom of a big catering tub I cut off & put holes in & is wholly inappropriate & I need to rehome it. I know the sensible thing is to split it but I don't want to.

So what would you do? Put the whole caboodle just into a bigger pot & leave the 2nd variety (I cannot recall it's name right now, but that's how it grows, native to South Africa – I'll find the post with the identifications in & update) in or give it is own home?

    Pachyveria draco (the main one)

Graptoveria fantome (the separate two heads)

Both in their winter colours (South West UK).
