I would repot them individually in much smaller pots for now

Yes do repot it if you want to keep them together repot into a slightly larger pot than the current one or pick individual pots for each one
Also make sure that the echeverias arent below the top of the rim like in the picture it can cause moisture to start getting trapped near the walls of the pot where the leaves are which can potentially lead to rot
