The rainy season is starting in my area. It will be a couple of months of light rain almost every night and little sun during the day, and even though my trees are planted in 100% mineral substrate to ensure good drainage, I’m worried because the substrate will always stay very moist.

They should be fine. As long as there isnt standing water, they want moisture on their roots. The continuous rain will also help keep that water moving and avoid stagnation. Rainwater is also ideal for bonsai. They will be thankful for it.
Agreed, the tree’s will be fine. They’ll appreciate the extra precipitation. Just as other poster said, just don’t want standing water!👍
