  1. Yes, every home should have a front door walkway all the way to the curb, even if a sidewalk cuts through it

Believe it or not, the very end of your walkway that ends on the curb is still yours, it's where you load and unload when you're being picked up and dropped off, (it's a ride platform)

Of course you can also put your trash on it when you're not expecting a ride, and one problem you might face is when neighbors who notice you have a platform start using it for THEIR own use (it's NOT THEIRS!)

Whether you rent or own your place doesn't matter, what comes WITH YOUR place is YOURS during YOUR occupancy

It would be nice if more people had the opportunity to own their own home instead of renting, especially without restriction to what they can build on their own land

Too many people who think they own their property only own part of it, you own the structures, but NOT the LAND under it if the government owns it

In THESE cases, you're NOT the owner, but a long-term renting "cash cow" TENANT who can be evicted if you default on your taxes

If you don't believe it and you're paying property tax, check your deed to see for yourself if your deed doesn't say TENANT INSTEAD of OWNER

OWNERS DON'T pay property tax, TENANTS do
