They seem to be beat up and leggy and only the bottom leaves have coloration. Did it revert? Do they revert? As is I don’t like the plant, rare or not, but I am considering propping it to get it back to looking nice.
Not worth $30. If it was in great shape maybe $20. In this condition i wouldn’t pay more than $10-$12

Paraiso Verde, not Jose. If you got this, you’d have to chop it into single-node cuttings and propagate them all, then pot them up together. I think that would look very nice, actually. And you don’t need to worry about reversion with PVs, because their variegation is stable but heat-activated (or light-activated. There’s some disagreement on this point. Either way, you’ll want to put it somewhere with lots of heat and light).
I’d pay 30 for it, since I think it’s got a lot of potential. You can be very sure that variegation will come back if you treat it right. But only you know your budget and conditions.

The reversion seems weird cause I see the top leaves are all sun stressed, so the light was there.
