  1. Sunshine! That’s twice today it’s came out. Hope it stays a while. Mr. Blair’s putting down a sand path to the birds so he doesn’t fall, anymore😱🙄👍he’s ok. I’m hearing there’s more coming in a day or two before this melts. We were blessed. 🛐🛐🛐checking on neighbors

  2. Years ago, here in SW MO, we had an ice storm that left us 8 inches of ice. Trees were losing limbs everywhere. I managed to make it DOWN the driveway (walking) but couldn't get back UP! The only way I could do it was to drag myself along hanging on to the barbed wire fence! Beautiful, but definitely no fun!! Enjoy the peace – "this too will pass". I use straight branches I find in the yard as walking sticks. I always take one along when walking the dogs on our 80 acres. Never know what you could run into. We got about 12 in. of snow. We actually haven't had a good snow in years. We actually needed it.

  3. Your hat and sweater are beautiful. I paint a blob of black nail polish over my front facing camera for privacy. We got about 6" of snow here in SW Missouri and no ice. But boy, is it cold! Last night was the coldest so far at -8°. The forecast shows one more night in the negatives but nothing above freezing, day or night, for about a week. I'm hoping that's the only really cold snap this winter. It's this time of year when I miss So Cal weather.

  4. Lol Kaye, Yes we are seniors. We are the same age. That is why they have "senior" discounts at some restaurants. When we speak of 80 yr olds those are geriartic. Beautiful purple sweater/overcoat. So beautiful. You should not have been walking around on the frozen ground. One slip and it could result in broken hip or knee etc. You could have laid there for a long while until help arrived. I fell last year going out to get my mail (during the same conditions as you are experiencing) I re-injured my knee and was walking around on crutches for awhile. I don't go to white coats. Lol. Anyway, lovely music and fun to watch. God Bless. Correction update: I just looked up when a person is considered geriatric…65 can be geriatric depending on care needed. I hope you were kidding when you said you are not a senior? Maybe I took you too literally. Which I probably did. Love ya!
