Pink diamond only putting out all pink leaves

I’ve had this pink diamond since August and when I got it the new leaf was all pink (was not out when I bought it) and it has only put out all pink leaves since then. It has like three little pups around it and two of them are doing fine but one of them is coming out all pink now too. I have trimmed off the all pink leaves once they’re dead. What should I do to promote green returning? The pink is pretty and all but i need this baby to thrive
