thats my girl, ive rescued her from certain death, like the whole plant was spilled with chemicals and stuff… i expected it to stay frozen in development for a bit because of that, but its been a year now and she only grow small leaves (although you can see a bigger one in comparison popping out now) but the old leaves dont grow, and also never gets holes… im starting to worry about my childs development. what am i doing wrong? ive put it into east sunlight that comes from the window (i live in an apartment)

Give it as much light as you can. Not harsh light, but bright.
Old leaves won’t keep growing. The inner fenestration’s come from light. The more mature the plant is the bigger the leaves and more possible fenestrations
