    I guess northern homes are just built different. Other than cleaning up the yard in the fall, there's really not too much preparation for different seasons. Our houses just work all year no matter what's going on outside without doing anything different.

    im in ohio and i love the cold ,were pretty well prepared up here lots of propane ,supplements water ,etc etc …seriously the cold is awesome it keeps people at home and i like when the streets are silent…

    My 73 year old hubby said he was going for a haircut. Don't make sense to me. Bald fade. I was out preparing for the freeze. I got heat for the animals. Last freeze I went through the storm doors along with everything else just froze. I couldn't get back into the house. Went up into air but thank God for this stick I was carrying. Made sure I've got plenty to eat and drink. So many eggs I'm throwing eggs away. Tried desperately hard to give eggs away free. Living in the country traveling too much on me at my age. Stay warm everyone. Look out for the elderly.♥️🙏

    P.s. take time for yourself ,for you ,call it moomy time ,self care time whatever you want to call it ,call it and do it ,drink plenty of fluids ,eat healthyenough ,you already get the exercise enough rest and as much sleep as you may need but always remember to take time for yourself ,self love ,yes your there for those you choose to be ,trust god ,trust your gut ,god comes first then who comes after that whom you have chosen ,you have enough blankets ,water,food ,medicines,supplies,,tools,amo,Bible etcetera.

    Don't over spray …there is saline nasal spray I travel and fly alot…my doctor told me saline spray ( bacteria doesn't like it)….sooo keep a spray bottle in the shower..
    Clean the sinuses.

    Watch those chicks…the roosters strut they have thicker leggs and feet and are aggressive. Size really isn't the tell. Good job! I had two Roosters Mr. Lucky and Mr. Not so lucky, he attacked me twice.
