Replacing Astro with Buffalo

G'day everyone,

A customer has purchased a new property and the first thing they want to do is replace this horrible astro for some real turf, hooray!

Any feedback from someone who has undergone a similar project would be appreciated.

Once all the material has been removed and we are back to soil, I'm going to have to aerate this. Once I have aerated, can I lay turf immediately, or is it best to wait?

I am in Southeast Queensland.
