    This gal has pretty low variegation, so I’ll keep growing it until I get a stem and leaf with decent variegation, then I’ll propagate that stem to hopefully get those decent variegation traits.

    that looks a lot like spider mite damage unfortunately. these guys are prone to spider mites/thrips in my experience 🙁
