I’m very new to owning a terrarium and having trouble with fungus. Got one from a local market and hadn’t opened it or anything, left it in a spot that got average sunlight. Noticed a little string of fungus from the center to outside wall and an area clearly covered in fungus. Looked up a recipe of diluted hydrogen peroxide and dabbed the area. It went away. Now I have this happening a month or two later. I’ve seen some say it can be a sign of healthy system so I let it grow out a bit, but now I’m concerned. Not sure how to remedy this or if I’m doing something wrong. Any advise welcome, thanks!

Just let it grow, it’s nature and it’ll take time for the system to balance as long as the moss and plants are doing well the mushroom is actually beneficial for the system because it’ breaks down nutrients and when it itself dies the plants will be able to reuse those same nutrients
It’s not a problem, don’t worry about it. It’s a good sign of a healthy living system 🙂
