Species: it’s a nepenthes hybrid called Miranda.

They are tropical plants, so they grow all year around and like it warm overall. A LOT of indirect light, they can tolerate some direct sun in the morning, really good, high humidity, keep substrate moist, NOT damp, I water mine from above, never let it dry out. Doesn’t need any fertilizer, that could kill it, you don’t have to feed it, it won’t die if you don’t as it gets its own food, tho if you still want to, go on. It has very small and fragile roots, so you won’t need to transplant it in a long time, but be sure the substrate is airy, water flows well, and doesn’t have any nutrients. Where are you located? Are there seasons? Are they too drastic?
