It needs a bump out to have a walk in closet. Would have moved the desk to the left and made a pantry. But this layout and design is cute. Not sure how I feel about backyard patio access from the bedroom. But the space for this size is stunning. My apt is 526 and doesn't even look like this lol

It's beautiful, but too many windows in the back of the house,the room has 2 and backdoor too.i,m a little scary about that much out door access.
Don’t want My bed room near the front door.
I would make the bathroom an en suite– and definitely move the dining table over to the wall so it's not the first thing you encounter when you come through the door. Love the kitchen, it's perfect! So rare to see this layout but it's my ideal.
This house is gorgeous. I love the colour scheme and the layout, and the fact it has two verandahs. It even has a study!
Nice! The little office and the front/rear porches are true bonuses. I'd lose the table and replace it with a small island that seats 2. The table seems really in a really awkward position, and weird that it actually butts up against the sofa! I'd also lose the dishwasher to gain storage; after all, how many dirty dishes can 1-2 ppl generate every day?!

Use pocket doors throughout the interior, ADA accessible shower, entrances and hallways and it would be perfect.
As a senior I’d want a walk-in shower. Otherwise wouldn’t change a thing.
I am new in USA. Things does not work like where I am coming from where u just call an architect and makes the house. IDK how things work here. Who would build a small house, with real materials like bricks, stones, wood….without making it crazy expensive. Also another style I like is concrete. A minimalistic house all concrete at sight……Sometimes I google that and I can't find anyone making them :(. Could you also design a house like the one I just described? something very minimalistic, concrete on walls and cielings, wood, nice windows….:)

This isn't a tiny home. It's sad that we live in a world were "tiny home" or "tiny house" is buzz words so we now label any home that isn't a standard size a tiny home. It really disingenuous at this point. Once again this isn't a tiny home because it's not 399 square feet or less.
