  1. Hello from Kansas. I love Supertunias . I want to be able to plant them in the ground versus pots. I live the countryside and the rabbits and squirrels love to eat them . Any suggestions on keeping them from being enjoyed by the furry critters.

  2. Laura, I really enjoyed this video, thank you for sharing all these beautiful flowers with us. I could listen to you all day. Also thank the person who put all the pictures up so interesting. 😊

  3. Great video, I love it with all the tag pictures and the pictures of them in yard before and after. It's a fantastic visual to picture in your mind where certain plants can go in your garden, I know I was visualizing where some of these plants could go in my garden this year.
A big thank you to Taylor for his incredible editing of your videos, always fun to see what he will pop in there to make it interesting – like Rambo!

  4. IF there was a calendar that had a photo for every day of the week, you could handle it! Such a beautiful property, thank you for sharing it with us.

  5. I appreciate the in depth cultural descriptions especially plant vigor and pollinator attraction. This isn't usually discussed in any detail by the growers. I live in a hot dry climate, and the more vigorous plants handle those conditions better, so it's very helpful information. And I love pollinators, so any info on those especially attractive to them is a bonus.

  6. Thanks for all the information and recommendations, Laura–love your show! Question: which of the annual salvias is most blue?

  7. It is so fun to see what you ordered and what we can expect to see in your garden for this season can’t wait to see where all the plants will end up and what combinations you will do with them. As in Latvia it is almost imposible to get PW plants, I ordered mine PW annuals in September and will recive them in March as plugs and will grow them on by my self. Can’t wait for planting season to begin!!!!

  8. One of many favorites from 2025 was the parterre garden. With the white from the Hartley in the background you created a very subtle patriotic theme. I absolutely loved the color palette of dark cool red, white, blueish purple, grey and green. The formality and clean lines mixed with the fine plant textures and geometric shapes made the whole area look very fresh. Ahh! Little baby Russell in that lobularia shot! TYVM for this planning video, very inspiring.

  9. Hi laura – thank you for letting us join and live vicariously to see your beautiful garden and family. Are. You gaining to do a 2025 recap ? Or did I miss it?

  10. You Rock! Inspirational, motivating, and positive attitude. Who could ask for anything more!! Q: Do the Rockin’ Blue Salvias get bugs or any water issues? I have a small yard so my food plants are close to my flowers and any poisons are out of the question.

  11. I realize your climate doesn’t allow plants that are invasive in other areas to be invasive there, but I do want to warn others that this plant can be extremely invasive. Here in Hawaii, perhaps it is because we have no freezing temperatures, it has taken over in many areas where it smothers out the native plants and is extremely difficult to deal with.

  12. Oh my Laura, please don’t apologize or worry about possibly boring your viewers or going on too long about Plants.
This was an incredible information, packed episode. Kind of unique, but I totally enjoyed every minute! I’ve been learning so much from you about Plant varieties just wish I had better access to proven winners.
Like Aaron, I too love the lemon coral sedum which can be kind of a thug, but it is very beautiful and you don’t have to do anything for it. I also love Gara. It gives everything such a ethereal look. But I am unable to find any Picote pink Gaara.

  13. Great to see what you're planting for next year. Have you ever tried PW Ageratum Artist blue? We grow about 200 of them every year for a certain customer. They bury their dead flowers unlike seed varieties. We grew Jamesbrittenia a couple of years ago but they got very leggy even with PGR's so I'm hesitant to try them again.

  14. Great video and pictures of each flower. So exciting. Laura will you be showing a list of perennials you will be ordering also. Love all your videos.

  15. Thank you for posting your list. It was helpful to me as I begin to plan for annuals in my flower beds and pots this year. I think the rex begonia will be perfect for a couple of my containers and it was one that wasn't on my radar. Thanks, also, Taylor for getting all those pictures in the video. It makes it so much more helpful to us.

  16. Love your reviews! Question, do you know when Proven Winners will release seeds for Supertunias and some of their other great plants? I live in SW Montana and it is somewhat of a plant desert in what the few local greenhouses carry. I have to mostly do containers due to our native soils and the deer pressure we have. Thank you and your crew for your educational videos!

  17. Thank you Taylor for the pictures and names makes all the difference as I like to write the ones I might try this year down with pen and paper.

  18. Oh! This video is so exciting! I have a Guara question. The Picketty pink is an annual, but I remember guara coming back in your boxwood triangle garden years ago? Is there a chance it will come back?

  19. Is that a little hint there Laura? Are we going to see angelonia going in the formal flower garden where the salvia were this year 😃

  20. The pics you're showing in this video would be perfect for the calendar! Along with pics of Russell, Douglas and the chickens😊 ofcourse

  21. Don't ever worry about going on about a subject. We sometimes need more details to I remember things and if course we love you and your family so talk on! Your order sounds great. Besides me my son loves the annual Lantana. It is a wonderful plant! I thought of trying rose moss as my spiller along with the grey Silver Falls Dicondria in my deck pots on my rails.I am getting spring fever now!💚
