Yeah, it seems to be normal to grow lithops from seed like this.
I’d definitely repot though. They look plenty old enough (well developed true leaves, decent sized plants) and if you leave them together they’ll be next to impossible to water – some will end up wanting water while others won’t and spot watering obviously isn’t an option.
Untangling the roots is a bit of an exercise in patience, but doable.
