This is my first post on Reddit. I got this beautiful baby from Kroger last week. I've wiped down all leaves with diluted neem oil and have it quarantined in my unused office to make sure I am not bringing home any unwanted critters. Im writing to ask for next best steps. It looks like there are several plants in this pot. Should I leave it as is, or separate? I've had several other monstera that have not done well so I want to start out on the Right track. Thanks in advance for feedback.

As you have already mentioned, there are several plants in that pot. The imo best option would be to separate them into an individual and especially smaller pot and give some sort of support to climb. However, as that pot is full and dense with plants it might be difficult to untangle the roots without major root damage! Good luck 🤞
